Delete my account

In the app

Open the LegalNib app, go to Profile → Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is suspended straight away and permanently deleted 14 days later.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@metamersist.com from the email address or with the phone number on your account, and we will delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile and account details
All cases, drafted documents, and case notes
Uploaded evidence, files, and images
Your wallet and transaction history
Your sign-in identity with our authentication provider (Firebase)

Unused wallet credits are forfeited when your account is deleted — they have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be recovered afterward.

You have 14 days to change your mind. Your account is suspended immediately, and simply signing in again during those 14 days cancels the deletion and restores full access. After 14 days the deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored.

One exception

After deletion, we retain a keyed cryptographic hash of your phone number/email — not the phone number or email itself, and it cannot be reversed back into either — solely to prevent the same person from repeatedly claiming a new-account signup bonus. No other data survives deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
