These Terms are between you and Metamersist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("LegalNib", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using LegalNib, you agree to these Terms.
Who this is for
LegalNib is built for licensed advocates practising in Indian courts. It is a drafting aid, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice.
AI-generated drafts require your review. Every document LegalNib produces is an AI-assisted draft. You, as the filing advocate — not LegalNib — are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and certifying every draft before it is filed or relied upon. LegalNib is not a substitute for your professional judgment.
Wallet credits
- Wallet balance is a prepaid service credit, used to pay for document generation and other metered features.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
- Purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase or a charge was made in error, contact support@metamersist.com.
- Unused credits are forfeited if your account is deleted or terminated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use LegalNib for any unlawful purpose, or to draft documents intended to mislead a court or another party.
- Attempt to circumvent citation verification or knowingly file a draft containing a fabricated citation.
- Share your account credentials, or use the platform on behalf of someone who is not a licensed advocate.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform's infrastructure.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time — see Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the acceptable-use rules above, or that we reasonably believe poses a security or fraud risk. Where practical, we will notify you first.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LegalNib after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
